Refund and Returns Policy

At OpticsReady, we take immense pride in our industry-leading return & exchange program. Our primary focus is to ensure our customers’ utmost satisfaction with our products, valuing their experience above all. Which is why we offer FREE pre-paid shipping labels on all qualifying returns and exchanges.

We need to adhere to these policies to create the best shopping experience possible for our loyal and trusting community. Our goal is to make our return policy fair, honest, and transparent for us and our amazing customers.

 

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and we cover the cost of return shipping. To receive a full refund, items should be returned in NEW condition (not used, worn, broken, mounted, etc.) The item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all original contents, such as instruction manuals, accessories, and additional components.

For items returned with opened packaging or missing components, such as screws in the Holosun box or open manuals, an item restoration fee may be applied. If items are returned as defective but are found to be fully functional upon inspection, a handling fee may be applied to cover shipping and retesting.

Items with serial numbers must be returned with matching serial numbers documented at the time of purchase. If you return an item with an incorrect serial number than the one shipped out at time of purchase, we will ship it back to you and reject the return/exchange.

OpticsReady may charge a return processing fee of up to 10% on returns of opened, used, missing components, or damaged products and for those returns not following our policy. We also reserve the right to refuse the return entirely.

For defective items and exchanges, you must provide details of the issue in the comments on the RMA form. Failure to do so will delay approval and require us to contact you for clarification.

All purchases of screws and thread locker are final, and these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Policy for Incorrect Orders and Shipping Errors

OpicsReady can only accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you have inquiries about returns more than 30 days after your purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.

Ordering Errors: If you ordered an incorrect item, such as selecting a Holosun 507k when you needed a Holosun 507c, or choosing a CHPWS plate instead of an Outer Impact plate, the return shipping costs may be your responsibility. Please review your order carefully before finalizing to ensure you have selected the correct products. If you need any help determining what product is right for you, please contact us and we will verify your order.

Shipping Address Errors: It is crucial that you enter the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we may attempt to redirect the package back to our warehouse or to the correct address, but we cannot guarantee success in these interventions. Changes to the shipping address may not always be possible once the order is in transit.

Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address: In cases where a package is not delivered due to an error in the address entered by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. We will make every effort to intercept the package and redirect it appropriately; however, the ability to do so is not guaranteed. It is imperative to double-check your shipping details when placing an order to avoid these issues.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you will need to fill out the RMA Request form at this link:

Once you have requested the RMA, it will be submitted for approval. Once approved (1-2 business days), you will receive a return label and an RMA ticket via email.

Please include the RMA ticket inside the box, attach the label, and drop it at any Post Office or USPS drop point.

Once we receive your package, we will either refund or exchange your items as you requested. Any restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
